My father-in-law is closing his business and retiring. We are trying to move 3 lines off the business plan to my personal account in a new family plan.
I have been on the phone 4 separate times with Verizon and no one seems to be able to help. I am guessing over 5 hours wasted now. We get to the point that I have an email and have accepted to transfers. The website throws and error when I try and select a plan, I cannot move past this point. The phone reps don't have the skills to fix the website problem, so they get to this point and say they will escalate the issue but I never get a call back.
At this point, it seems easier to transfer the phone numbers to a different service. Why is this so hard? After 2 weeks of trying, why haven't I received a call back?
