$200 gift card - Redeem?

I switched from AT&T and added 3 new lines. I have the promo code given to me and the website (yourdigitalrebatecenter.com) however it does not work. Promo Code with the Order/Purchase date can’t be found.

Anyone get this to work and receive the card? Is there a different site to apply the code?

morvav_wv, being able to take advantage of any promotion you qualify for is important. As part of that, I can check on the redemention process. To help me narrow things down, can you specify the specific promotion you're trying to use? Roughly when did you make the qualifying purchase? That will help me narrow things down.
