We certainly want to ensure that you are able to access any website that you wish to visit. Can you share more with us about what you are experiencing? Are you needing to allow a trusted website to your mobile device? Do you currently utilize any features, like Verizon Smart Family, to allow/block content for your devices?

We don't use IE7 anymore, there should be no need to set "trusted websites". The site should just work.
Are you able to share the website? What actually happens when you load said website?
I am having the same issue. I'm trying to access a website that I use for work, and have successful use for work for many years, but now it will not let me into the site. I did turn off safe browsing and was able to access the site. But obviously do not want to do that. It was marked as not being encrypted. I do not have family share
Hello Loumills. We are here to help. Can you access other websites? Have you reached out to the web designer to see if anything changed?-Joe
You can access your home dashboard by logging into your account on the device you’re using. Look for a "Settings" or "Security" section, then find the option to manage "Trusted Websites" or "Trusted Applications." From there, you can add the website you need. Let me know if you need step-by-step help!
I am also encountering the same issue — I can’t seem to access my home dashboard to add a trusted website either. Every time I try to reach the section where trusted sites or web-based apps can be managed, it either doesn’t load properly or the option simply isn’t visible. Because of this, I’m also unable to use a web-based application that normally requires being added as a trusted site.
I’ve checked browser settings, cleared cache, and even tried accessing from a different device, but the dashboard still won’t show the trusted sites management option. Has anyone found a workaround or a specific setting that needs to be enabled first? It’s becoming quite inconvenient not being able to whitelist essential tools.
Hey, benalastair, we want to make sure you're connected. Is this happening on your mobile phone? Can you tell us a little more about the websites you're attempting to access? Do you use Smart Family or any other applications for monitoring/restricting data access?

Thanks for getting back to me! Yes, this issue happens on both my mobile phone and desktop. I’m mainly trying to access a couple of work-related web apps that require being added as trusted sites, but the dashboard section for managing those settings just won’t load. I don’t currently use Smart Family or any monitoring apps this is just through my regular Verizon account dashboard.
Is there a specific setting or permission that could be hiding the trusted sites management option?
