We purchased the 5G home internet unit in early May and were told at the store we could redeem a target gift card or a chrome book. First issue was the redeem date changed from June 10 to July 10th and so we waited around another month to redeem the offer. However on the date it says I can redeem the offer, there is nothing to click on to choose which offer we want (gift card or chrome book). I spent 2 hours between messaging a Verizon agent via their online chat and on the phone with another, to not get me anywhere. They said I should see it, or maybe it hasn’t populated. Either way, we have waited long enough and for it to still not let me redeem the offer even on the day it states is ridiculous. It should not be this difficult or frustrating.
