I would like to give a huge shout out to Damian D. who helped me on the phone today!
The best customer service representative I have ever had the pleasure of working with!
He helped me sort through mistakes made in February at 3 different stores in Wisconsin, where my daughter lives. (I Iive in another state. ) Not only did he correct the errors, he also upgraded a device on another line and offered additional services that would be beneficial to my account.
I was so impressed and relieved when Damian immediately called me back after I accidentally hung up on our call.
Our conversation lasted nearly 2 hours and Damian was very personable, knowledgeable, and patient as we worked through 3 different lines in my account.
I hope he knows how much I appreciate his assistance!
