I know I have to post a new post because I’m not able to reply to my private messages because I’ve been limited on the private messages that I can send I have already been through the escalation process and been approved for both of the 5G home promotions. I was given codes and the codes didn’t work I’ve spent hours and hours upon hours of trying to get this taken care of and I’m beyond frustrated. I can’t even respond to the people that are sending me messages all they’re doing is sending me back to the escalation process which is ridiculous because because I’ve already been through it I need someone to actually help me instead of just ignore me and send me to the escalation process again I waited 2 to 4 weeks and was already approved
