Please tell me what is going on with Verizon bill payments. Now Verizon don't try and cut my phone off cause of y'all system
Having the ability to make a payment is a must. Help is here. Please tell us more about what you are experiencing when you attempt to make a payment? Are you using the My Verizon app or logging into the desktop version?

Try using the one-time payment site, which doesn't require a login to My Verizon. Several people have posted over the past few days saying the app isn't connecting to the usual bill pay site.
