I recently activated 5G Home service on 06/24/24 on the base 5G Home plan. On 07/08/24, I decided to upgrade to the 5G Home Plus plan for two reasons: I needed higher speeds and I was interested in the Ray-Ban Meta rebate promo. It had only been two weeks exactly from the day I activated the 5G Home service to the day I upgraded to the 5G Home Plus plan. Both dates are within the promo time frame. However, if I understand correctly, I should have received an email stating my eligibility with a code. After a week of waiting, I still haven't received that email. I've spoken with multiple agents who all seem to be unsure about how the rebate promo eligibility works. Some stated I'm not eligible because I didn't originally activate the service on the 5G Home Plus plan while others stated that I am still eligible as long as the 5G Home activation and 5G Home Plus plan both occurred within the rebate promo time frame. Some stated that if I was eligible, I would have received the related email while others stated that I won't get the email until after 65 days from the day I started the 5G Home Plus plan. I'm not sure who is right, and the rebate promo details aren't clear. The details can be interpreted both ways. So which is it? Thanks.
