I had my vehicle damaged by a Verizon communications line that was struck by a truck. Verizon advised Police that the lines were sagging due to the ambient temperature outside (95 degrees) I have attempted multiple times to contact someone via the 1-800 number with no results or dead end phone calls/answers. I am at a loss.
