Hello, I like many others have been having the promotion redemption error but in my case I do have the tile and I have received the email telling me I can redeem my offer. The problem is when I click on the tile and choose the Nintendo switch and then accept the terms and service and click the got it button, instead of going to the shipping details I get the error saying it could not be added to my account at this time please try again later. I've been working on this problem for almost a week to no avail and all I'm told is to wait 5 to 7 days and someone might possibly get back to me...
