LG Q7 screen locks contact Verizon

LG Q7 becomes obsolete and no one knows the fix for installing a screen lock when attempting to install a screen lock it says contact Verizon and it says no biometrics and erasing the credentials does not help which one person suggested what is the fix for this for some reason the newer versions of Apple Android 9 10 11 12 have disabled screen lock functions on the Q7

If tech support tells you to reset your settings don't do it it won't work it will make the phone more dysfunctional
