Verizon Cloud will not PLAYBACK videos on a mobile device...

Hello. Been using v.cloud for quite some time and my videos played back. Today, they cannot. I click on the video and the circle just spins, WITHOUT playing the video.

But, when I download the video from the cloud to the device, and click on the video in the cloud, it will play. When I delete the same video and go back to the cloud and click on the video, the video will NOT play.

I already cleared cache, data, and restarted the phone. Same issue persists. Looks like someone forgot the code it properly or is it a bug?

Ideas?

Mine does this too! Idk what to do because I need space on my phone but I don't trust to delete the videos since they won't play on the cloud unless they're still in my phone which defeats the purpose

On Mobile Devices (Android & iOS)
Open the App: Launch the Verizon Cloud app on your phone or tablet.
Select Photos: Tap the Photos or Library tab.
Find & Watch: Browse your videos and tap one to open and play it.
Streaming: You can stream videos directly from the cloud without downloading them to your device's internal storage

Troubleshooting Playback
Unsupported Formats: If you receive an error message, the player may not support that specific file type. Download the file to your device to play it using a standard media player.
QuickTime Requirement: On some Windows systems, you may be prompted to install QuickTime for certain video types to play correctly.
Internet Connection: Ensure you have a stable connection. You can adjust your mobile settings to allow playback and backup over Wi-Fi only or both Wi-Fi and mobile data
