Never was able to activate prepaid sim card requested for a refund and was denied, verizon prepaid claimed i paid with cash but all emails show that the transactions were done over the verizon prepaid website.
If you paid with a credit card, would try disputing the charges with the credit card company. Otherwise, you could try a 3rd party consumer protection agency.
They promised me a refund and never sent it. They won't honor their ad. I turned them into Georgia State consumer affairs with screenshots of their ad.
