Just signed up for internet and have not yet received the modem, but I can't find my account number anywhere in the emails or chat with Verizon. The page is prompting me to add the account number or a Verizon phone number (I don't use V for phone) so I can't fully access the account. It still says I'm signed in as a guest. Where do you find the account number? Surely it must have been created when the representative created the account?
