Slow Speeds

When I first got the 5G internet service in May it was blazing fast however, since early July my speeds are now less than 100 mbps at the gateway level and on the wifi proper, my download/upload speeds are abismal at 10 mbps even with ethernet.

I have an excellent signal, restarted the gateway countless of times and I am still getting speed problems.

Is there a software setting that needs changing or a software update that slowed this down?

I don't get it at all.

Vagrante13, we're sorry to hear about the slow speeds you're experiencing, and we want to make sure you're getting the fast data speeds you depend on. Are you using your own router or is your Wi-Fi itself coming from the 5G Home Internet device?
