I just signed up for the 5G Home Internet last night. Today I picked up the internet box at a local Verizon store. There was no problems with picking up the box. I got home and I tried to activate it, and it wouldn't connect. I called client services and they could not find an account number for me that corresponded with my order number. I had an order number that I used when I picked up the internet box, but no account number. I do not have a Verizon phone account, but there is a Verizon number on my customer receipt, but when I try to use it the message is that it is invalid. When I try to get hold of someone on the phone, the automated system wants a phone number, and what I give them is invalid. I'm not sure where to turn for help. I'm about ready to just take the internet box back to the store and give up.
