I don’t understand why it is this difficult to claim? I made the switch to Verizon home internet back in May, pay my bill on time every month, and now I can’t claim my Nintendo Switch that I was promised for making the switch??!?! I even called Customer Service twice and all that I was told is” we’re looking into and we’ll call you back.” Just keep getting the runaround and judging by other posts I’ve seen, this has been a problem for sometime and there’s still no solution???
This needs to be resolved!! Stop treating you customers this way. If you can’t fulfill this offer, then you need to come up with something else.
