My husband and I recently took advantage of a promotion where if we added a line and added Internet to our home, we would receive a Nintendo switch and a $200 target gift card. We Have had issues with getting both promotional items. First, they tried to charge us for the Nintendo switch because something went wrong on their end and we ended up having to pick it up from our local store. We were able to get that resolved luckily.
we still have not received our $200 target gift card. We have been calling every seven days for the last two or three months and every time we call they tell us that they are escalating the problem and to check back in seven days. At this point, I’m pretty sure we will never get this $200 target gift card. No one We speak to seems to be able to figure out Why we cannot get this card.
If anyone has had a similar situation, please let me know the solution
