5G has been turned on in Berkeley Springs, WV. But, 5G Home Internet is not available, any timeline for availability? I am on list to be notified, just curious if a factual timeline is around.
Thanks
The tower may also be at capacity. Which is likely in rural areas. Verizon only sells so many 5G connections per sector, per tower. It's highly possible capacity disappeared just like *that* especially if there are no good wireline providers available.
Verizon just got approval to merge Frontier into the company, so you'll likely see some database updates, hopefully some Fiber expansion out your way in the future.
Hello, cbp61. Thanks so much for this info. It's awesome to hear that you are on the list. Rest assured, once your address shows up as available, you will receive an email to the email address submitted to be on the list. We truly appreciate your support, business and patience as at this time, we do not have a time frame to provide.

Verizon has a residential database issue in Berkeley Springs, WV, 25411 and is missing out on a huge opportunity for new 5G Home Internet Subscribers to T-Mobile who launched there services in 2023.
*****, Berkeley Springs WV, 25411 - shows on the 5G Home Internet site as "Available"
*****, Berkeley Springs WV 25411 shows on the 5G Home Internet site as "Be among the first to know, Home Services not available..."
These two homes are ~200 feet from one another - both have extremely strong 5G signal from the Verizon tower - which is directly across from our community on the top of the mountain.
Verizon is missing a lot of new revenue.
your entire address book for the 25411 ZIP Code is incorrect and outdated. I have had 5G home Internet service now for months and yet my address still does not appear in your database. I suspect it is tied to a very old Frontier landline database, which also does not show my home in their database, even though it was built in 1998.Verizon really needs a new address update from the Morgan County West Virginia GIS database.
Lots of people want your service, but are now installing T-Mobile 5G instead
