Dear Verizon,
What does it take to get the 200.00 target gift card promised? I’ve called, chatted, reached out via Facebook and attempted to send four emails and still nothing. It was “escalated” to a supervisor and still nothing. It was supposedly “sent” on 7/14. Clearly this is a major issue as look how many people are having issues in the community forums. Do better Verizon! I did my part. Do yours!
