I understand this community is for collaboration. With enough people, we could help influence Verizon to offer some type of bill forgiveness or assistance. With over 3.2 million members in the community and over 124 million cell phone and internet customers... & no forgiveness to anyone is kind of heartless considering the hardships some of us face day to day. It would be nice to have a company that's net worth is over $168 BILLION dollars actually support/assist their customers.
