My Verizon App, either via Android phone or Windows 10 desktop, has NO WAY to delete items from the Verizon shopping cart. If a user is researching an item, it is somehow automatically put in the Verizon shopping cart! Furthermore, once in the cart, there is NO WAY to have that item deleted!
Must we, as users, file complaints with our state attorney general's offices (most states, like CA, have easy, straight-forward online filing portals) for Verizon, a trillion dollar corporation, to properly mitigate this simple issue?
