I have not been able to log into my verizon account for a couple days now. I do not access my account from my phone. Only on the computer and I keep getting the message can't complete at this time. Since we went to auto pay for our bill I have not needed to log in, but now I am looking to upgrade one of the phones on our account and I can' even do that. Any help will be appreciated. I tried using the chat button on the verizon web site but I needed to sign in to speak with a person and of course I could not.
