ADT Pulse and Verizon Home 5G

I have ADT home security. The system uses a wifi gateway and an their app ADT Pulse allows me to monitor and remotely control the system. I changed home internet to V Home 5G. The ADT Pulse gateway is not compatible with Home 5G. ADT tech told me to switch to T Mobile home 5G that is compatible. Are Verizon Wireless and ADT working together for a solution? Do I have any options as I like my Home 5G and my ADT.

I unfortunately would not or be able to test why it is not compatible. "Doesn't work" doesn't explain anything. Does it connect to the wifi but just won't communicate?

Ugg. I play less than 2x that for a whole YEAR with Ring. $100 a year. Do they bend you over with that 3 year contract for it too? Good luck!
