Being charged for a returned device that I returned the same day over a month ago a rep on the phone told me I could return the device to a store near me , I take the device to the store where they accept the device. 2 weeks later I get charged 1200 dollars for the same device that was returned and never even activated just find out that the device had to be shipped back! So why was I told to take it into a store and why did they accept it in the store!?since then The manager sold the device nothings been corrected and I’m still being charged for a device I never used and returned. This will be documented with the BBB
