CHARGED FOR returned device

Being charged for a returned device that I returned the same day over a month ago a rep on the phone told me I could return the device to a store near me , I take the device to the store where they accept the device. 2 weeks later I get charged 1200 dollars for the same device that was returned and never even activated just find out that the device had to be shipped back! So why was I told to take it into a store and why did they accept it in the store!?since then The manager sold the device nothings been corrected and I’m still being charged for a device I never used and returned. This will be documented with the BBB

I have the same issue I returned a device on 03/17/2025 and per the tracking information and email confirmation from Verizon it was received on 03/20/2025. Now today I received a bill for device not returned for $1,299.99. I have called the customer service department twice and they said it takes 5-7 days to process but it was received 2 months ago which is beyond 5-7 days.

Same issue here I think they are committing some sort of fraud to many same issues Verizon taking us for 1000 a pop then getting a 1000 phone yeah something’s not right
