#i have been a Verizon member since june 11 2024. I was informed that i was going to be getting a $400 reward card for a Samsung product at Home Depot.l When i went into my account and attempted to redeem the reward for the last couple of days, I got an error message saying there was an error when adding this $400 credit for Samsung appliances promotion to my account. It also said that it needs to be redeemed by August 12 2024
Please review and advise how I can redeem it.
