I have had home internet from Verizon for about a month now, and it has been the worst service. It worked fine for the first two weeks, but since then, it has been horrible, with constant slowdowns and lagging. I have called about six times, and it is nearly impossible to speak with anyone. Asking for a manager or supervisor is futile, as they are never available. I have also tried multiple times to cancel my service and request a return label, but I never receive it. Verizon’s customer service, when you do manage to reach someone, is unhelpful and unable to provide a simple return label. Additionally, returning equipment to a Verizon store is impossible, as they refuse to accept it. I don’t understand why they make this process so difficult. We all have busy lives and don’t want to spend time trying to reach a human at Verizon. I would highly recommend switching to T-Mobile, as they offer much better customer service and actually have helpful representatives.
