20 years Verizon customer - leaving for good

After 20 years with Verizon, who used to be a stellar company - service and customer service - their inability to provide customer service again and again finally lost me. I tried. Switched to AT&T today. Verizon - I hope you get your CR&P together, but I'll never know. C'ya.

BTW AT&T has much better pricing, especially for Veterans.

If you get better coverage, service, and pricing at AT&T over Verizon Wireless, great! For some of us who have tried AT&T or another carrier and came back to Verizon, we had our own reasons for returning.

After 20 years I just left Verizon. I once had as many as 4 lines, it reduced to 2 and now I’m done. Saving about half now with the same service on Spectrum mobile. Verizon sold me a phone I didn’t ask for and then put me in a maintenance program I opted out of. The only time I ever got any attention from them is when I told them I’m switching.
