I recently had to return an iPhone purchased through Verizon and was supposed to mail the old phone back via shipping kit. I did not receive the shipping kit to return the old phone and contacted Verizon who said they would mail another. Nothing ever arrived and they took 700$ from my bank account to cover it. I requested ANOTHER return box and still nothing. They can’t email me the label as I don’t have the previous account owner’s old account pin! I am the current account owner. That being said I have tried EVERYTHING in my power to return the old device to no avail. I am a single mom and this is greatly affecting my life as I am now unable to pay my other bills. If this doesn’t get made right soon I will be ending all services with Verizon and contacting the better business bureau
