My mom have her line under my account, she visited foreign country for a month.
she already have active foreign cell plan, and she swapped cell usage, primary call number, and turn off data usage of Verizon. She disabled “cellular data switching” option on iPhone long time ago because she visit this country pretty occasionally. But we kept turned on the line, same as this time and many time before.
She never had issue using her Verizon # to send iMessage/Facetime before, because it’s not using cell line, and she used foreign cell service data network to send message, but I just got message Travelpass got triggered.
For now, to prevent additional charges I told her to turn off her line on iPhone.
1. she turned off her line while she was in foreign country, will travelpass keep getting charged even though she disabled the service?
2. Why it got triggered?
