Upgraded plan, bought new phone, followed invite directions and sunday ticket isn't there. Chat solution is a waste of time. Hours and hours and all they did was kill my account
Hey there, Steve433, we know it's important o be able to claim your offer. To make sure we're on the same page, are you a current customer? Can you let me know what offer was completed to qualify for the promotion: https://www.verizon.com/support/nfl-sunday-ticket-youtubetv-faqs/#qualify?

I purchased a galaxy S24 and upgraded to ultimate plan.
Under the Quick Links section to the right, go to Knowledge Hub and look for the article on how to redeem the NFL Sunday Ticket promotion. I believe the article has also been re-posted in the Announcements section recently.
We don't want you to miss out on this great deal. To redeem your promotion, follow the next steps:
1. Sign in to My Verizon.
2. Select Make the Most of your plans.
3. Click Claim Offer on the NFL Sunday Ticket on us redemption tile.
4. Review and accept the Verizon Terms & Conditions by clicking Accept Terms and Continue.
Make sure that you are signed in as the account owner in order to be able to redeem the promotion. If you continue to have issues, let us know.

I have done this several times already.
Up to here everything is good but i never get re-directed to the google youtube site. it asks me which google account i want to use, i select the one with my youtubetv and then i get redirect to the verizon site. not to the google site.

ozzieman41, based on what you've shared, it sounds like the issue is occurring on Google's end. Have you reached out to them, to ask about this issue?

Actually reviewing my security settings on my google account and Verizon has been granted access to my google account with the right to add premium services to my account. so that part is working. what i do not see, as of yet, is that Sunday Ticket has been added to my google account.
That is definitely unusual. If there is a problem with the website being redirected we recommend clearing your cache and cookies or try using a different browser. If possible try doing this in your computer.
I tried that already. i get the same result on multiple computers, multiple browsers (Edge and Chrome). As i mentioned in another reply, according to my Google account security Verizon has the ability to add Premium services to my account, however it has nothing has been added yet.
@ozzieman41, I'm wondering if your issue is caused by you having multiple Google accounts where you're using one for Verizon and another for YouTube? Perhaps Verizon can't store more than one account in their system, which is something they need to address. Have you tried logging onto a computer and seeing if the promotion is under your other Google account when you go to YouTube TV?
I read about someone not ever being able to get last year's NFL promo to work, but it had gone into their YouTube account somehow anyway, and then the subscription automatically renewed this year where they got billed for it even (yikes).
