I move in a few days and I have submitted my proof of residency to get my internet order off of a hold about two days ago. However, it is still showed order on hold in my app today. How long does this process usually take, and is there a way for me to expedite my verification process? I hope I could receive my routers on time. Hope that anyone from Verizon can help.
