I left Verizon in May, and I am still continuing to receive AppleOne perks through Verizon. Apple told me there is nothing they can do to manage the subscription for me, and Verizon said there is nothing they can see or do on my end since my account is closed and I haven’t gotten a bill for several months.
I’m lost at what to do here because I want to change the service level of my Apple One subscription but no one on either side has been able to help me. I guess I’ll gladly continue to get free service from Verizon unless someone can help
