Is there a way to redeem offers? I've been trying forever and their system asks me to pay in full for Rayban glasses.
Those Raybay sunglasses by Meta look super cool, hafzeakyildiz. I'm sorry to learn that you're having trouble redeeming the offer. Can you talk me through the steps you're taking to redeem the offer?
What happens if you follow these steps:
Sign in to My Verizon, Navigate to the My Verizon account page, Click on Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glasses, on us redemption tile under Make the Most of Your Plans. Review and accept terms, and select Claim offer. You would then be prompted for shipping information, and then a submit button to submit the order.

I went to a Verizon store to find out how to receive mine and the employee there said he had never received it and didn't know anyone who had.

I am having the same issue. I have spoken with verizon customer support numerous times thru chat and on the phone. I was supposed to be able to redeem on September 22, I was told to try again on the 26th. When that did not work I was assured that I would be able to redeem on Oct 3rd; NOPE! I was told today to try October 7th! If that doesn't work, after almost 20 years, it may be time to try ATT. It seems Verizon does not have to follow through on promises, but if I don't follow through with my promise to pay, they can ruin my credit!

Did anyone who spoke with this representative get their glasses yet?
I have never revived my glasses or $200.00 Home Depot gift card like promised when switching to Verizon home internet even after being promised by the representative on the phone when purchasing the internet said I would be able to receive one as long as I had the home LTE for 2 months and it’s been well over 2 months . Also good luck trying to talk to any real representative. It’s all automated people when you call the support number . Starting to feel this was just a lie to get customers as I read these other comments of the same issues with multiple customers .

I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service and given the run around 3 different ways. When I was informed they were out of stock I questioned how that could be if this was a promotion? They should have accounted for having these in stock for customers to redeem. Terrible business practice. Especially with the nationwide outage we all just went through. Shame on Verizon
I have the same issue. They told me to click on the tile, but the tile was never available. Then they told me the offer was expired and I didn't redeem it in time, stating I was supposed to redeem within sixty days of getting the 5g internet. I have a screenshot of the terms of the promotion - it states that FIRST the new internet account must be in good standing for 60 days, and THEN to claim the glasses within 65 days thereafter.I have talked to multiple people. They ALWAYS pass me off to someone else, tell me they'll open a ticket, tell me they'll call me back. They're giving me the runaround waiting for time to expire.I also have a recorded conversation with a representative who assured me that since a ticket is opened, if this goes past the expiration date for the promotion due to Verizon's errors, I will still be able to claim them. I have a feeling they will never honor this promotion, however.
When I did the redemption I was sure I selected the clear transition green lens black frame glasses…. I’m almost positive I had a choice unless I was not on the correct claim page or website. Does the Verizon smart glasses redemption allow you to choose a specific type of lens and frame color? PLEASE LET ME KNOW!…. I haven’t opened mines yet! U must wait 60 days after starting service with Verizon and pay at least 3 billing payments and they will send you a link in your my Verizon account on the APP….. ugh….. but after 60 days you’ll get the link and you only have about 3weeks to redeem it before you lose the promotion so keep an eye on your account in the app under perks….
Check the app under account and the select perks…. Only after 60 days will you see the link for them

Oh, u must also have Verizon home internet without the home internet you will not get it, sorry if u didn’t know that part
Yes, u must have that for 60 days in order to get the free smart glasses, no matter how long you stay with Verizon or pay bill u must have home internet without that you will not receive them

I got the redeem link but they sent it to the wrong address and now their opening tickets playing the run around game, I’m pretty sure they did it on purpose. Reason being they had my complete address on my Verizon app and not on the delivery. Like how could you mess that up? And the Customer Service Reps get rude when you ask them why it’s taking so long for an online ticket. Idk I’ve only been with them for 5-6 months and I’m fed up.
neither app nor web allows to redeem the offer ,despite the 3 months of follow up instead of giving the rayban meta glasses as promised promotional offer verizon customer care compelled me to pay for the free device a cost of $356.14 ,this is not at all acceptable for irking customer by sheer waste of his time money and energy with continuous followup calls and walk in to the store easy process has been un necessarily complicated ,easiest way they would have been refunded the amount.

Normally, the process is to redeem through a tile on My Verizon, and I am sorry to learn that this has become over complicated. I think I'm having the same issue. I see the tile and it says redeem "on" 12/7/24 but when I click on it, it says redeem "by" 12/7/24. But the terms say something about 60 days and if I start the steps, it wants my credit card info. And "on" and "by" are 2 totally different things. I'm so confused.

I have spoken to about 10 different customer service reps trying to redeem these glasses. They sent me a redemption code that did not work. They said the emailed code would arrive by yesterday but, not surprisingly, it didn't arrive yesterday or today.

Hi Verizon team- I received the offer to claim but when I click on the “Claim Offer” button I am redirected to the accessories store. There is no promo entered and it shows me a total of 299 + tax.

I am also having a lot of trouble trying to redeem the Ray Ban glasses (Fios 1gbit plan). My redemption tile says redeem by Feb 02, 2025, and I can get through the claim offer button. However, it wants me to pay full price, and there is no discount to make it free… I hope this wasn’t a trick to get me to sign up for the services and then decide not to give me my sign up bonus….

This is completely ridiculous. I wadnt told how difficult redeeming this offer would be when i purchased a new phone and new line. I still cant redeem it. Ive chatted with your customer service ive googled potential problems, i logged into my meta account and then i accidentally charged my debit card $316.00!!! Now im getting fraud alerts. Why isnt there a single link for verizon customers who just want to redeem their offer?

You have to go to the Meta website, to redeem not the raybans website hope that helps .
