Signed up for FiOS gig plan and one of the bonuses was a gift card. A month later I was able to click the tile to redeem it and it never arrived in the email. The tile is under redeemed offers and I can no longer access it and customer service said I would get it within 72 hours 3 weeks ago.
I can't get a clear answer and everyone tells me something different. I don't understand why a digital gift card takes so long or just so difficult to obtain.
Any one went through this or what should I do? Thanks
