$200 Verizon Gift Card on Us

I have been patiently waiting for the $200 Verizon Gift Card on Us notification, as outlined on my original purchase receipt. I have not received any sort of notification, and going to the website listed just loads up the main My Verizon page.

Hello, hamelhens. Help is here as you definitely deserve some answers and a resolution. Please tell us more. Which service did you begin to qualify for the promotional gift card in question? When did you begin service?

On July 2, 2024, I started new service by switching 4 lines from T-Mobile. I purchased 3 new devices while bringing my own for the 4th line. I'm not exactly sure what part of that made me qualify for the gift card, but the promotion populated in my cart and is shown on my receipt.
