I ordered a new phone through the Verizon app, paid the 12.99 next day by 8pm fee. I ordered it Wednesday night, got delayed and it finally said it delivered today which is Monday. Already upset about how long it took and the fact that paid more to wait just as long. Anyways, I get a notification from my Luxer saying it got delivered. I go and put the code in and a slot opens up and I grab my box which is suppose to be my phone. I shook it around because it felt empty, sure enough I open it and it’s the receipt and nothing else. I don’t know my next steps because I have a feeling if I go into the store they’ll think I’m lying. If I try and get a refund they’ll make me pay the restocking fee or something and it’ll be a mess.
