New customer to Verizon.
Two days ago, August 26th, I've decided to open a line/plan for myself with Verizon. My original line was a plan with my dad on Optimum, and I wanted to switch to a different carrier and have a plan for just myself.
I selected the option to transfer my current number with Optimum TO Verizon. The order with the new Verizon phone was placed and I got it in the mail today.
I got the email on August 26th, asking for the Account Number and Transfer PIN for my current number, however I was busy and didn't get the information until today, the 27th. The link expired and I don't know how to get another one. Customer service to call them for this I think is closed since I just got off from work, so I'm really stuck.

Logging into my account, only shows a guest screen and I can't even activate the phone or my account because I do not have a account number for Verizon nor is my current phone number transfered to Verizon. I'm stuck. How do I get another email to enter the Account Number and Transfer PIN?
