I bought my phone unlocked from ebay a year ago. I'm trying to switch companies, but Verizon won't unlock the phone. I have called over the last 2 days the people I speak with said the phone should not be locked and they will put orders in to unlock it. Then i get a email they denied my request because of the 60 day rule. I call back today and they tell me they unlocked it and gave me a verification number ,but it will talk 6 to 8 hours to go thru. 12 hours later it's still locked. I'm not sure what to do other than file a complaint with the government and post of social media. This is ridiculous . This is the reason I buy unlocked phones and they still locked it then refuse to unlock the phone .
