I have been in limbo for months trying to return home internet equipment. Nobody in any store I have been to says they can help or do anything about it. I finally got someone on the phone a month ago to cancel the service and send me a return shipping label, but they sent it to the wrong address. Then I call again today and they say they can’t fix the address due to an ongoing technical issue. Now I have to worry about being charged fees for not returning equipment that Verizon is not accepting?
