I need help! On December 5, 2023 I switched my AT&T service to Verizon service. I accepted the promotion to receive a $250 Costco shop card on each line that I switched. It has now been over eight months and I have not received the promised shop cards. The agreement numbers are ***** and *****. Please help!!
