Track order & Register new account

I ordered a phone the other day. But then I tried to get in my account but didn't have a phone # cuz I am transferring my #from straight talk. Anyway i registered an account using my email. However it's doesn't have any of my info from my order in it. So I can't figure out my account and I also can't even track my order. I got an email with my order details. Then I got an email today saying that my order is on its own way. So maybe I have to wait till I get my phone. would be nice to track it tho. All it gives me is an order number. But when I click track my order it takes me to a page that won't let me do anything. Any ideas??

Is your existing phone still getting service with Straight Talk? If so, you will have to get the number ported to Verizon before you can create a My Verizon account with all the details in it, as you use the phone number to sign up. Whatever account you have right now must be a guest account, with limited rights, and can't be used for tracking orders.

I haven't ordered a phone through Verizon (yet), but most times, a merchant will include a tracking number with the shipping email and you would go to the shipper's website and enter the tracking number.
