Using CR1000A with an Orbi mesh network extender

Hi! I have used an orbi mesh network extender for years in my house to help with my old Verizon router. However, I just starting using a new Verizon wireless router CR1000A and I’m wondering if it might work better on its own or if I should continue to run it through the orbit system as is. Thanks for your help!

It depends.

If you get reasonable range and everything works, great!

If you have the knowledge to set up IP pass through on the router, and plug it into WAN2 and have everything work, great also!

I have like six AP's around the house so IP pass through is a requirement for me, and I have some networking knowledge, so that's how I run.
