Can I use my Chocolate touch as a pre-paid phone

My brother bought me a chocolate touch for christmas and it was on a plan but it isn't anymore. I was wanting to know if I was able to by a pre-paid card and put it on this phone to use it?

You can change a contract phone to a pre-paid but you can not use a touch screen cell on a pre paid. So I'm sorry to say you won't beable to use the Chocolate Touch for prepaid.

Yes, your LG Chocolate Touch is compatible with our prepaid plan.

The LG Chocolate Touch would require a minimum $10 data package and you would also need to select a monthly package.

The Chocolate touch is available on the Monthly prepaid which is about 45.00 per month, the question asked was for a daily plan using a prepaid card and that can not be done on a touch screen

What about the LG Clout (VX-8370)?

Probably not. The old pricing that was on the chocolate touch and the like appears to have been retired, and not replaced. So it looks like right now, older smartphones and others like the Env Touch that could once be activated, are no longer able to be activated.
