NFL Sunday ticket promotion email never showed up

Hello, about a month ago I upgraded my phone and my plan and was told I was eligible for a free year of NFL Sunday ticket. I have yet to receive any email about this, nor do I see anything showing up in the app. I have called your company 3 times already and there has been no resolution. The NFL season starts this weekend and I really need this, this is the main reason why I did the upgrade. Thanks in advance for your help.

Hello, Dylan7m. Help is here as we always want to see our customers receive their applicable promotion. The email isn't required to redeem the promotion if you qualify. Simply go to your My Verizon account, select Make the most of your plans on the account dashboard, select NFL Sunday Ticket Redemption tile and claim offer. Let us know if you are able to complete this.
