NFL Sunday Sunday Ticket Redemption Not Working

I upgraded my home internet to plus to qualify for the NFL Sunday Ticket promotion, but the offer is not showing on my account. I have spent hours between chat and on the phone with representative, and going in the store and no one has resolved my issue. I have been told three times that I would receive an email within 3-4 days. I have already activated my Youtube TV that I signed up for. I am so frustrated. I've navigated my account with a representative, looked for the promotion to appear. I've been put on hold. I don't know what to do anymore. Hopefully someone can help. Please.

My family and I switched to Verizon and we have all the qualifications for the NFL SUNDAY ticket redemption. We have the 5G internet home service. They said they sent emails and they sent texts. What is funny is that there is not one single email from them for the package. When I called to ask they said oh well if you go back four days ago we could help you. The promotion ended. You should have gotten an email in June or July. I went through every single message. Nothing. Not one email.

I contacted Verizon customer chat several times but they didn’t help (told me I should receive it within 7 days but it didn’t happen).

I am considering cancelling my 5G Home if I don’t get NFL Sunday Ticket.

I visited a Verizon store and upgraded my home internet to 5G Home Plus, which I was informed qualified me to received the NFL Sunday Ticket from YouTube, on us. I was told that I would receive the NFL Sunday Ticket at no cost for this year. This was confirmed by subsequent conversations with Verizon representatives during phone and chat conversations.

I am also having trouble redeeming NFL Sunday Ticket on us. It is showing up as a redeemable perk in my account, but when I attempt to redeem the perk, it says that I need to try again later. I have tried again later many times. Please help me.

I am in the same situation, so we went to the local store and they have to submit a form and we will be missing week 1.

I purchased the home internet service at the Verizon store last week, the NFL sunday ticket offer was given to me at the time of purchase. Being a football fan I wanted to make sure that it was activated as I saw others complain on the web. The receipt had nothing on it about the plan and I was told by Brandon that I would get an email. After 3 or 4 days of not seeing the email, I called the store where I was told to call corporate. I did, initially was put on hold, transferred for at least half the afternoon. even texted with someone named Chloe, LOL who obviously was not a real person. I finally got in touch with a real person , who hung up on me after a 40 minutes. I called back and finally was assisted by a gentleman that was amazing, I think he was Philpe. We were on the phone for 1 hour and 29 minutes. He took his time, He found that the issue was something about the account being locked and that they had to escalate to a supervisor and then another supervisor who would get it fixed. Well that was over 24 hours ago. I stopped at the store on Veterans were I was told that I had to have a Utube TV account by the manager, which is not true, when I told him so he told me not to point in his face, LOL what a nice manager. I am still unresolved,. I have about 5 emails stating that the problem was resolved. Its not, I still have nothing. How can a company this size be so inept. It amazes me that the level of customer service has reached an all time low. ONE THING I WONDER IS? IS THIS PLATFORM to keep these comments out of the publics view? Interesting.

I'm also having the same verizon website failure trying to redeem NFL Sunday ticket. I've even tried speaking with someone from phone support to no avail. Every attemp: I log into verizon website, Goto Account Overview, click on Home offers.... Under ready to redeem, I click on the NFL Sunday ticket offer, accept the terms, select the account associated with my youtubetv subscription, Then I'm redirected back to Verizon website with this url:

I too am unable to activate the NFL Sunday ticket offer. I added 5G home internet on 8/20 and activated service the following day.

I have chatted with customer support 3 timed and each time they said - I am eligible for the NFL ticket offer, that they have escalated my request and that I will receive the email from Verizon with specific instructions- first on 8/30, then 9/1 and most recently, 9/4.

There is no tile under "Make the Most of your plans", however it does show "account enrolled" under manage your services and perks within the My Verizon app...

The only email that I have received from Verizon since this started was a "Congratulations and thank you for being a Verizon customer for 25 Years!!!!"

Yes, I have reviewed these FAQs and checked each area that applies...Thete is no tile under Make the Most of Your plans. Also, I have not had any opportunity to link my google account to allow verizon access

The FAQ states that there would be a "Ready to redeem" or "Transaction Complete" email as well with instructions

Existing wireless customer, add 5G home internet last week. Package included NFL Sunday Ticket. Tile shows as active (Account Enrolled) on My Verizon, but when I go to YouTube TV (existing customer) it asks me to pay for NFL Sunday Ticket. I’ve been through Knowledge Hub & forums for four days to figure this out. Chat bot has been zero help, points me to the same articles over and over. Getting ready to return the 5G router & go back to old provider. It shouldn’t be this difficult.

Hello I got the 5g WiFi and I meet all the qualifications and still haven’t received an email. I contacted support couples days ago and they saw that I was indeed qualified but yet haven’t received a link for NFL game pass

I have had the same problem as everyone else here. I have been on the phone and in chat with "customer support" for hours. Verizon used to have outstanding customer service. Clearly, this is no longer the case. I purchased home internet in response to the promotion on July 26. The NFL season starts today, and Verizon still has not made good on its promise. I just purchased the NFL Sunday Ticket on my own. I will be canceling my Verizon home internet within the next couple of months, and I am now ready to start shopping for a new phone provider. Incredibly frustrated and disappointed.

Can anyone help? I’m share a plan with my daughter. It shows we are enrolled. Added home internet to my home. My daughter had home internet already. So I got NFL S. T on us. We got no email and can’t click on tile.

Same boat. On the phone with them now after receiving empty promises. If its not resolved by 1pm games, I am buying myself and asking for bill credits or just returning to optimum who's 1 gig is faster and less expensive.

Seems to be bad promo as many including myself have done the switch and we still haven't been able to actually access/receive email to activate NFL Sunday Ticket. I've waited 11 days and others longer and now it's day 1 of the ticket.

Does anyone have the actual activation link (like the weblink from the tile) that they can paste into a response? I don't have a tile showing either, just looking for a workaround...

They told me to call Youtube and I did and the guy laughed and said " I don't know why they keep telling people to call us because this is not on our end. This is on their end and we can only assist with purchases made through us directly."

The first link is the offer. The second is the link to when you are redirected to google so you can log in with your gmail account. The third is what happens after logging in or selecting your already logged in gmail account. Personally, I have tried all trouble shooting, but am not great with code reading and understand where the break is that is causing the error. Maybe you can solve for us.

I am having similar issues. I did everything I was supposed to do to qualify for the NFL Sunday Ticket, i.e. upgraded 2 phones (S24) and 2 lines to Ultimate. I spent over 90 min on two separate calls with Customer Service where I was promised a link in the "Make the most of you plans" section of My Verizon. It never happened. I missed the variety of games on opening Sunday and here we are coming up on week 2 and I'm losing confidence that I will be connected in time.

I have been a Verizon customer for over 20 years. I've lived up to my end of the deal and Verizon has failed to live up to theirs. I would like a $450 account credit and I will sign up for Sunday ticket directly with You tube.

I'm having this issue as well. I've gone through two chats and one phone call with customer service, and each time I've simply been told to wait x amount of days for the email to come through. The phone representative did inform me that it's a known issue they are working on, but did not elaborate.

The promotion was a major factor in my decision to upgrade, and it's pretty disappointing to see that Verizon has failed to follow through on it for myself and others.

I thought the Community Forum might be a solution to my issue, however, when I asked for my issue to be escalated, I never received a response and the session timed out. Very convenient Verizon. I am now entering my 3rd hour on the phone with Verizon reps.

I have seen several posts regarding the NFLsunday ticket package. I signed up a week ago and still have not received an email or a text. For The free package i Have been to my local office a couple of times talk to representatives. They told me just to be patient

Yeah my wife and I was on the chatting with 2 different reps Sunday for 4+ hours and couldn't help me. Sunday ticket on our account says enrolled but on YouTube it says were not. Rep kept telling us to go to tile and hit enroll after I told them multiple times that it already said enrolled. They said they needed to escalate a will send us an email within 2 days been almost a week and nothing. They obviously don't know how to fix this. Great way for a company to promise something and not follow through.

Signed up August 27 for the Home Internet 5G Promotion that includes free Sunday Ticket. While my @Anonymous
account reflects I'm enrolled for Sunday Ticket, I have not received the activation details. After 3 weeks, no resolution but plenty of promises. The first rep said there is a 7 day waiting period. Then next rep said its 5 more days., etc. If you are signing up for 5G Internet assuming you will receive Sunday Ticket, save yourself the time and hassle!

I purchased a Verizon 5G box in order to get the NFL ticket promotion. My account says I have redeemed the offer, but I haven’t received an email. It’s impossible to speak with anyone about the issue. We went to the Verizon store and they were clueless .

None that I know of. I believe the problem with mine might be that Verizon associated by ST account with my Yahoo email address, when Youtube TV won't accept anything but a Gmail account. I'm hoping to have Verizon redo my ST account. I'm chatting with them now.

It doesn't work. The "offer" is not real. I have spent hours chatting and on the phone. I finally recevied an email with a link. For some idiotic reason on You Tube (yes, I called them as well), when I go to use that link in the checkout for Get NFL Sunday Ticket, it enrolls me in YouTube's free 7 Day Trial and then kicks me off a week later. The code, although meant to be for the entire year subscription for $479, gets messed up in YouTube's checkout process. When I call them, they are like you haven't been charged and you "cancelled" the subscription because I did cancel the auto renew. But I shouldn't need to be charged anything for this ENTIRE year.

In the email from Verizon it states "While there is no cost for this offer, YouTube does require billing information and credit card information to be entered as part of their registration process (You will not be billed for this season’s subscription, but the subscription will auto-renew at the then-current rate, unless you cancel).

SO ridiculous the amount of time I have spent for this offer. Especially from two companies that are in the tech sector and can't figure this out. They just say to call the other company

My husband and I got the Home network and qualified for the NFL Sunday ticket and we were told to look out for the confirmation email. Never came called customer service they assured us an email will be coming in five days. We waited five days.. no email. Went down to the Verizon store and they called customer service. Was assured an email will come in five days.. still not email. Called customer service again the same answet . We are the point where we are going to return the phones and the home network and cancel the service and go back to ATT. Felt like we were lied to yet Verizon seems to get their money on time.

By some miracle someone from customer support was able to get an email sent to me on 9/10 (after opening weekend of course). To absolutely no ones surprise, the link to redeem the offer doesn't work, as it has a pre-populated code that YouTube says is "Invalid". I've now missed a second week of football, and no one is any closer to getting this resolved. I'll be asking for an account credit to cover the purchase price of Sunday Ticket, but will most likely just cancel the new line when they don't agree to that. At least it's a one month free trial for home internet! I'm also filing an FCC complaint to make myself feel better for 5 minutes.

jlsjimmij, being able to use something you qualify for is important. If there's an issue trying to make use of the solution that was provided, it's something we want to look into. As part of that going to send a Private Message to get a better sense of what's happened.

Same problem here. Just got off the line with YouTube after the Verizon agent couldn’t figure it out. YouTube said they need to stop sending customers to them and that Verizon needs to send me a coupon link or email. So I’m back on the line with Verizon for a third time today. I would never have upgraded early otherwise. Very disappointed

I reached a solution! I had the same problems, probably tried the same redemption steps over 100 times. 5 different Verizon reps all tried, but ultimately failed to figure it out. 13 days later, after many hours on the phone, I got transferred by Verizon to a YouTube TV rep. While he did not know the answer right off, what we figured out together is that having an existing YTTV account (like me) will give an error when trying to redeem Sunday Ticket. It just will not work. We used my wife's gmail account (she does not have YTTV) and it worked. I wasted a lot of hours to get here, so, I thought it important to share here.

I have spent 7 hours on the phone with Verizon sine August when I upgraded. They are blaming NFL Sunday ticket for mot complying with they're promotion. This is a NOT right!! I'm ready to report Verizon to our news station for but fulfilling they're end.

Many people seem to be having the same issue. I purchased home internet and was promised an email or app link to activate NFL Sunday Ticket. However, I never received it. After three calls to customer service, I was assured each time that another link or email would be sent, but it still hasn’t arrived. I’m so frustrated that I’m returning my equipment and canceling my service. I pay a lot to Verizon and only seem to get the runaround.

I am fairly certain this is a "Perk" that is made so difficult to activate that the majority of people wind up just giving up on it.

Just like everyone else here, I have never been able to activate the perk, I look on my "Manage Perk" settings on MyVerizon, and it shows NFL Sunday ticket as "enrolled', but when I click the link, it just has the endless spinning circle. Verizon support tells me that the offer expired, but can't explain why it shows my enrolled...What the Heck VERIZON
