I purchased the Verizon internet because there was an offer of a Nintendo Switch or a Home Depot gift card. The promo was live on the website when I ordered the internet because the promo ran through 6.12.24. I waited the correct amount of time to claim the offer, 60 days of service, and they are now telling me that I do not qualify for the Switch because I did not order the internet during to promo time. I quite literally only got the Verizon Internet because of the promo so that I would have a Christmas gift for my daughter. Any suggestions of who I can talk to about this before I just cancel Verizon all together.
