Accidentally cancel my cloud service to receive a better price. Got a text saying if I reactivate it then I should be able to recover my data and I did that. It still has nothing called technical support and he told me to go to the store. They had no clue and made me call technical support again. His solution was to cancel my cloud service over and over with hopes it would come back. Still nothing. I mentioned about what I read on unarchiving and he said he had know idea what I was talking about. I made this mistake at 3 pm today. Is there anyone who can actually help?
