It’s been over 65 days I’ve contacted Verizon 3x and have yet to receive my promotion. I added a new line on the phone with a representative and he claimed that I could still get the promotion if I did it on the phone with him and not online, his name was John. Ever since then I have yet been able to get my promotion. WHATS GOING ON?
