The ACP ended and I was under the impression I was on auto pay.. Well I wasn’t and had a $5500 bill. I’ve got it down to $3,500 but now I’m told the whole thing needs to be paid by 9/14 I’ve been out of work and can’t afford that payment I can’t get any assistance from. verizon I can’t be the only one this has happened to. I need my phone for my job search
